This is the initial design and planning stage where we discussed the needs and requirements of our client and explain the step-by-step processes the construction project will take. We discussed budgets, finance and funding requirements, long-term goals and expectations.

At this stage we complete a detailed scope of works the client has in visioned. We gather sketches and any concert photos or design ideas to compile the vision of the clients expectations. In this stage we contact town planners councils have detailed discussions with our architects and designers and put together a project budget range indication report for the clients.
